Figgy is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and has been a chef for over 25 years. She has owned and operated three restaurants in New York and Maine, most recently Figgy's Takeout in Portland, which closed in 2021. Also a Chopped! champion, you might recognize her as the winner of Food Networks Chopped! Season 39, Episode 8.
