Derek Pierce: Derek Pierce is the principal of Casco Bay
High School, a small, rigorous, and diverse public high school that offers personalized instruction through an expeditionary

Nate Snow: Nate is the director of Youth Building
Alternatives. He has more than 25 years of experience
as a teacher, counselor, coach and administrator. He has also served as the director of a teen center, worked in court diversion programs and therapeutic recreation and volunteered as a guardian ad litem.
Billy Voisine: Billy is the JMG Specialist in our YBA program. He began his career in education at Deer Isle/Stonington Elementary School where he facilitated the
alternative education program. He has worked with with special needs and alternative education students ranging
from kindergarten to 12th grade before joining the LW team as our Jobs for Maine’s Graduates specialist! jmg.org
